I took the TOEFL iBT last month (2008/Aug/03), and surprisingly got a high score.... (Total 107; 29--reading, 28--listening, 22--speaking, 28--writing). Too bad is that some schools require a speaking score above 23 as a limitation for applying for the TAships. I hope, however, there could be some negotiation, and I could acquire financial aids or fellowship at last. My applications are in progress; Best luck for me! 1.
